Yes. Now the Pakis is constrained with their Afgan worlords and their associated troubles. They are also afraid of India because of its size, power, and the present day aggressiveness and in particular their Masters in China is engaged with India.
Otherwise these Pakis would never hesitate to attack anybody. Already Z.A. Bhutto decalred 1000 year war against India. Anyhow because of India's grace, these PAKIS are existing today. May God provide them wise thinking and to understand the INDIA'S good heartedness.
