the idea that indians should not go abroad if they love india is ridiculous. that way nobody should change their state or even city also.
i am sure if these guys go to avg indian school or college, they can see the pathetic facilities available there. to hope for cutting edge research in these conditions, with the excessive bureaucratic mentality is not possible at all.
