Don't blame Nehru .... there was no problem in kashmir until the mid 80s .... before then, it was common for (main-land) indians to go to kasmir on a vacation .... Nehruji died in 1964 ... so, let's not put the blame on the poor dead man. It is like blaming your father for you not getting a job (just an example, nothing personal .. ok)
