As regards morality, read whay the USA governor was up to recently. Admittedly, the reported rapes in India as lower than in USA, but Americans who do not want virgins for brides (as per your info) do manage to rape also. American policia danda is also active... just check youtube for videos of police brutality in USA and Europe.
