Recently I had been to Goa and while touring the place the cab driver was talking about the kind of mafia that runs here. Instead of looking into the matter properly the chief minister says "so many people visit goa every year and it is difficult to protect all". Very true sir, what the law and order can do when they go hand in hand with mafia. Disgusting and shameful on our system. It is rotten everywhere. Justice is a dream here.
