Double standard Sri Lankan govt...

'When the attack took place in the LTTE-held area, how can the Sri Lankan (army's) Deep Penetration Units be blamed for Sivanesan's killing?' if so then same is applicable for LTTE also, what ever happens inside the Srilankan government area LTTE can not be blamed...
