the answer is simply we dont have a gr8 civilization nymore.We live in a society where teasing a girl is considered to be absolutely normal and rather the odd ones are forced to remain mum. It is a degradation of the ethics of the people in general combined with the lax rules, illetaracy;sounds cliche but that sums up everything our great civilization has been dead centuries ago.
