This Prachanda guy is promising moon to gullible Nepalis. So far in last 10 years or so, Maoists have given them bandhs, killings, lack of commodities, bomb blasts, scaring away tourists and all other upheaval one can think of.
This is their standard practice of all these parasites, namely communists, marxists, maoists to promise moon while brain washing mostly illiterate, poor and weak populace while delivering misery.
