In India Sikh are allowed to carry their Kirpans in banks where all weapons are not allowed. Sikhs in India do not wear helmets if they have the bigger version of the turban. Leave aside question of Maharashtra, here the Sena itself supports the demand of not wearing helmets at will for Marathi folks only (happened in Pune only), why bother the Sikhs beforehand?
