Joaquim, it certainly needs to be made sure that there was no foul play in this murder. I can understand her mother's concern.
If someone raped and killed her, it is not something like leaving someone on the railway track and blaming the engine driver.
Also having concentual sex with a minor is considered statutory rape, is it not?
The rapist/murderer should be fully punished.
