It is indeed mysterious to all how a girl of 15 be left without adult supervision.If adult supervision was there, what is their story? We even do not know what ecatly the autopsy report says, as mostly if things like drugs, alcohol abuse is found in such cases, the government agencies are sensitive enough not to publish them.
