who will vote for whom
by rekha laxman on Mar 05, 2008 05:17 PM

All political parties will be analysing the vote bank and votes they will get. Let us see a few points: all biharias/piites/jharkandies/mpiites/orissaiites as one-unit A
southies-Unit B
Gujjus -Unit C
Punjabis/HPiites-Unit D
bengalis-Unit E and others like Goans etc -UNIT F
Mharashtrians-Unit G
.While all the units except C and G will be chaotic in their voting where SS or MNS will not garner very significant votes..Unit C will be lopsided tilting towards BJP and so the only UNIT G will have to be made to fear/ become weak and emotionally blackmailed ...but alas there are two parties claiming same approach and have to get votes maximum from Unit G. It is here that a strategy will work. Create fear in northies..the others will also fear ...a percentage of such could be calculated and such populace who fear will vote for ss or mns. That is a gamble...and when you want power such risks will be taken...history has proved whenever leaders align masses based on criteria...land up in a bunkhole..like saddam or in the drain like hitler...best of luck to the Manoos's bote(finger), politician's note(money) to get to the VOTE...and hope there is not much Chotte(injury)
