a small joke: once BSNL has set up telephone system in hell. CMs of all states called hell to know the status of departed politicians. every CM has got telephone bill of rs 500,400 etc but laloo has got bill of only rs one. surprised by this, Laloo enquired at BSNL office then he came to know that whatever call he has made was just a local call and other CMs call were long distance calls.
