What will rest of India gain by changing Maharashtra into UP/Bihar?
This question is not meant for UP/Bihar people as they probably consider UP/Bihar to be as advanced as Japan and as clean as Germany etc.
But I would like to know how Punjab or Gujarat or Haryana or Karnataka benefits from turning Maharashtra into Bihar?
I am Maharashtrian and am curious to know why there is this desire to change Maharashtra into Bihar and there is this desire to have Lalu/Mulayam/Mayawati installed in Maharashtra.
