i dont knw y bt people frm these two states have inborn tebdency to do wrong... thy wll always find a wrong way to do a thing wen there may be a multiple ways availabe to do a thing in a right way.... this really makes a gud point for reserch in genelogy..... this mite be due to the fact tht thy r decendents of the criminal muslm rulr or are an interbreed from habshis nd aryans...
