Remuneration is a very important point , shouldn't our scientists and researchers be paid more , yes definitely, tax service professionals more - not just IT,and give money to the government employees. Also the old generation of government employees should be offered VRS, without the voluntary part, FRS - forced retirement scheme, let people who have quit india to work in foreign nations come back and contribute to the nations rise. Indians have the skill but India lack environment for Technocrats to grow.People should be forced to quit the service sector and join the manufacturing and product sector, taxing them to the hell is one good way, when there is no other option we will innovate :-)
