India has self-made itself into a nuclear state.US need not help us anymore. Sure we are capable of developing on our own though it takes time. Let US hang out of its hang-over with Hyde's Act (HA). Good that they opened their mouth at last to accept the inclusion of HA. ha ha ha ha !!!Nothing is impossible in India as India is more responsible than any 'responsible country'.
