It is to be seen what the Congress will get by hiding the Hyde Act, when USA itself opens it up. It has to gain a lot from the nuclear agreement than India. Even then it says that HA will rule and will a definite say in all these. What Congress will get in hiding the HA, it is to be seen. May be some congress men offered some important positions in the world bodies by the USA or otherwise!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
