Roads leading to one km of the Macmahon Line or the actual border which only they know of. 2. Rail line into Meghalaya and AP and Tripura and Mizoram. 3. Setup of Mobile towers and satelite links along both Bangla and China borders for continuous transmission of Indian Programmes and monitoring. 4. Setup of Hydro power stations in Arn Pr and Meghalaya and Tripura for fostering industrial growth. 5. Create Army and Air Force Base camps ( family stations) in Arn Pr and Tripura. 6. At least one additional airport /heliport annually
