We are all happy to note that Kashmir Singh has returned to India after spending 35 years in Pakistani Jail. But he has no business to recommend our Union Govt. to release Pakistani prisoners in Indian Jails, because crime differs from person to person. All crimes can not be candoned just because one prisoner is released. Sukumar Rao, Mangalore
