The decision to start war was a political decision,don't forget that.The Chinese also withdrew from our territory after the China war.If the victor were to keep its annexed areas,where will the world will be now?You think if we had kept captured portions,there won't be any trouble at all?Then why is there trouble in Kashmir? It is easy to sit back and use heavy words like 'historical blunder' etc.Give a bit more thought.
