2. As per Indian Constitute J&K is part of India, part of which is forcbally occupied by Pakis. People in Kashmir share same culture with rest of India, which is spoiled over the years by pak sponsored Jehadis. ii) 1972-Simla accord, India was in best position to enforce our constitution and get our land back which is forcibly occupied by Pakistani till today.
