why expectations from Bush

I dont know why world is expecting so much from him. he is one dumbo, doesnt know a thing, works only towards how he can make refineries owned by his relatives rich directly or indirectly. They are frustrated that he doesnt force Mush any more...does he even know what Mush is doing in Pakistan?
