It had been debated in many columns in the various media. What about the 'draft of IAEA agreement'? Reading the first two we can anticipate that there is something 'objectionable' in the IAEA-draft. MMS if he wants to prove his own words let him allow the Parliament to debate the draft. (He declared that his govt is all for consensus.)
