It is not a matter of Islam or China but a matter of India's defence against China and Pakistan and India's role in the world affairs. 1) Nuclear deal will make India naked against possible nuclear blackmail from China and Pakistan. China and Pakistan will walk over India. 2) India would be branded as one of the supporter of that dreadful alliance( USA-UK-Australia) who have killed more than one million in Iraq, destroyed that country, looted everything they can see. They have also killed 3-4 million people in Vietnam and Cambodia only a few years ago. India will then draw the wrath from the Muslims who are our friends ( Iraq, Syria, Palestine, Algeria, Egypt, Afghanistan) 3) It will destroy India's close link with Russia, who has supplied everything to India for the last 60 years and defended India in 1971.
In return we will get only some obsolete vintage reactors from USa at a very high cost and these may not even work but will kill thousands of people( Remember the gifts from USA: ENRON and UNION CARBIDE)
