Read Hyde Act, NSG regulations, IAEA treaty, Fussion cutoff treaty; these are all compenents of the 123 Treaty. Putting all together India will not be allowed to import any technology or materials to manufacture nuclear weapons. FBR, and other facilities producing weapons grade materials will be under the IAEA regulations. IAEA asked India to sign as a non-nuclear weapons state.
