Its not about whether he got paid for his job (sic) or not but for the valor he displayed on the battlefield and for the hundred's of soldiers who guard our borders as we sleep peacefully it is essential if not the people atleast the representatives of the people should be there to pay the due respects for such a decorated soldier.
