Plain truth: J&K still have 30% people followers of Hindu dharma, religion. They have every right to get lands for their development and socio-religious purposes. Secondly, J&K is an integral part of India. Hindus have every right to acquire lands for socio-religious-cultural purposes, as muslim through out India can built mosques. Islamist fanaticism have no place in parts of India. Time has come, we must crush these fanaticism with iron hands. Enough of tolerance we practices, nothing changed in the minds of Islamist fanatics.
