CBI went too deep in the case because it became political Issue & they have to give result within few days, so after so much thinking they thought "Krishna" is the right person to catchhold, kyunki woh bahut Garib hai or Aasani se pakad mein aa jayega. Case over & case law sited, that is Indian Law.
