Official of US department has commented that next US govt will make their own decision on it.It is a good point there is now or no theory was a pressure tactic.We expect Obama( I wish it happens) will not present this bill in present form.Govt should be hurry to sign the deal right now.Better to wait for the next US presedent who is calling for "change".
