Dr. Man Mohan singh is a scholar with global vision who feels that in the long term there is a lot of scope for improving our relationship with various countries including USA china pakistan australia UK france soudi arabia russia after getting a green signal from USA while improving our relationship with USA in a multistrategic deal which signifies more than a deal if we go historically after 1974 /1998-2008 scenario but the experiences of indian people scientist and other target groups does not support such a deal which should be more development oriented than having commercial approach which gives a different message to the political parties having a different mindset making them insecured while finalising the deal
