What other option?.Continue what we know and do.That is build more hydro and wind power plants(wherever possible).Try to develop other uranium sources..etc.Manmohan singh is giving the impression with nuclear deal the nergy landscape of india is going to change for better;which is far from truth.The expensive power from imported nuclear reactors cannot make us wealthy.Even with the proposed nuclear deal india will be meeting hardly 5% of it's energy needs from nuclear power.
