its a deal...a agreement...where there are 2 parties lukng @ there mutual benifits...may b you dnt realise what china has achieved..the asian economies are dong better the the world economies..you can say we indian will always be laging behind...caus we are not confident to take on the world...U & I can blabber about our apprehensions...but there are experts who wuld b knowing more then what we know...they would be better people to take informed decissions...n what safe guards u talking about?
