A major job requirement for any public leader is to generate ideas and convince of the same to all sections of the society. With all his academic qualifications and blemishless personal integrity, Dr. Manmohan Singh fails this test. The present immediate requirement is to tackle inflation, but we don't hear any action or plans from our economist PM. Its high time that he resigns his job and a better person occupies his place.
