UPA Govt has always R&R solution .............readymade and Reservation ............will make India behind all countries .......as IIT already fall down to 251 ranking in world university from 3 ...........and they are plannig to increas IIT to 16 instead of makinginfrastructure at current IIT better ........... now nuclear deal will make dependent on US and another NSG .......... How can we stop them ??? Gods know
