China is recognised as a nuclear weapon state under NPT and whether they sign an agreement with US or not , they can trade with all other countries under NSG guidelines.NSG was created by US only to corner and idsolate India. Having strangled nuclear supplies to India , now they are offering a relaxation provided we get involved in their conflicts and with all options open to them to cease their conflicts leaving us to hold the baby. We have domestic uranium mining options and there arew good russian offers of offshore nuclear stations without going to NSG> These should see us thru until our Thorium route is firmed up to utilise our global no. 1 thorium resereves.
