Communists want India to be like China, where people do not have any freedom of speech. Those who dare to speak against the state are massacred (remember Tianenmen square or Tibetan monks in Lhasa). In 1962 war against China it was not the Russians or any communist countries who came to India's help, but the US. Only when US interfered, China retreated back. There was no word of criticism from Indian commies for the Chinese. In fact they were all along supporting the Chinese.
