Its simple they dont want any Nuclear Power ............ as Russia can give them Gr8 competition ............If India and Iran also get nuke power and become together it will be tough for them to survive ..........thats y they force every body to sign NPT In 1990-2001 Russia gave the proposal of Nuclear Disarmament ...........at that time US strongly denied it ......... its hsow that they want every body under them ........whether it in way of Iraq or In way of India-US Nuclear deal
