India can buy nuclear reactors from US, Russia, France etc without signing NPT!!! well, what more can we ask for???? As for testing is concerned, it wont happen for a decade at least...China and Pak are working towards a nuke deal.......karat,bardhan and yechury!!! well, pity that congress has to ask permission before these people for acting on national interest.........
