If Salwa Judum strategy is backfiring and you (the author) had good intentions for the common man, you would suggest shift in strategy, arming them with latest weapons, equipment and better intelligence. Today only one policeman was killed and 8 are missing in Chattisgarh and this propagadist(aka author) is suggesting that everybody except Naxalites should lay down the arms.
