HURREY CHATTISGARH. Chattisgarh, the most advanced state in India. Otherwise this can not happen. THIS SHOULD HAPPEN TO NOT ONLY CIVIC CHIEFS BUT ALL THE ELECTED PEOPLE LIKE MLAs, MPs ETC. THEN INDIA WILL CERTAINLY DEVELOP.
