we need free the police forces from the political leaders,
Remove the home ministry from the politics. Let this position occupied by an educated and a knowledgeable person who is actually cable.
For giving security to political leaders for the five years , we need put a different budget and a separate security forces which will work under the main police forces.
Unique identity is necessary for each person in the country like US,for this we need to get help from the US and UK , Germany and Japan .
To implement this we should not depend on India govt or any private organization in India , we have to ask the states to implement this by taking the help from the foreign counties. with is we can get all information related to the person.
