1. It was started by CONGRESS right from the begining. Other parties are following the trend. 2. It was kind of OK to give chance to certain class (however I dont agree completely), for 50 years. 3. If they failed to come along with main stream then it is failure of them GOVT who never mentioned that they should try hard, rather provided with more and more quota. If any source make me sure everyday I will be given fresh cash I will never work hard. Promise. 4. Now it is not too late to rectify the mistake, GOVT can not stop quota in one day, we all agree. NO party can do this. But we can slowly work on this. Make a deal. you guys work harder and produce less children. And we are slowly reducing quota in few years (may be 10 or 20) HOW YOU ALL SAY ?
