This is a well planned murder. The killer is someone within. 2 murders is a small apartment going unnoticed by inmates of that house is unbelievable. The killer is well educated. He/they have taken all precautions to identification. If a killer was an outsider, how will he know the details of residence. The killer has taken time to kill his victims. He has taken time to cover one of the victims on terrace. He has taken time to lock the terrace. The killer has cleaned the floor, taken bath,changed, has collected all the possible pieces of evidence and possibly destroyed the same night. Then has moved out of the house or stayed back (evidence may also have been destroyed outside the house) Killer is definitely not an uneducated person. An outside killer will not be in a frame of mind to spend so much of time at the site of crime. He will be trying to hurry. In hurry he will be leaving so many evidences.
