we are celebrating the essence of Hinduism here i.e JOY why get such irrelevant things which are nothing but baseless.... to create nothin but an ill will.... neways, Yes! Orissa had its share of problems and corruption is a major problem out thr but in a larger proportion.... Just that it's a matter of time that a improvement in technology would propel better governance and proper directing of funds...its frustrating but thats the challenge India is facing!!
