Lets us consider the following example: A Family consists for Five Members= The Nation Father or Mother = The Government 1st Child is the CEO of a business entity drawing a salary of Rs. 1,00,000 per month.= Rich OBC/ST etc 2nd child is an accountant in a bank drawing a salary of Rs. 15,000 per month= middle class OBC/ST etc. 3rd child can hardly meet his daily needs= Poor of the OBC etc. Now does the Government need to dole out a package for the entire family or just the last child?
