Communism as an ideal might have lost its significance now but don't forget that had it not been for the Communists, the imperialists with the help of the Churches might have swallowed the entire world long back. Every ideology has its ups and downs and the narrow agenda of right-wing hindu parties is not in any way superior to the fundamentalist islam.
