The preachings of Prophet Muhammed was meant for the inhabitants of 7th century Arabia. The same cannot be followed in toto in any part of the world (including Saudi)in 21st century.
There was an article by note lawyer, Mr. Soli Sohrabji regarding some "scam" involving the Saudi royals and arms dealers in UK. Even the heads of a country following the Islamic laws for more than 1400 years in not free from corruption. So there is no need to talk about other crimes in the Islamic countries!!!
