Attack on Kelkar's Residence in MUMBAI

Till the otherday we were fed by NDTV/IBN with the info that the attack on Media-a sacrilage?- was by the Hindu communal elements like Shiv Sena and BJP but it never mentioned about this "Secular" NCP!
