Kumaun and Gadwal everything u mentioned were the part of Nepal before British took it from Nepal. So when British returned from India they should have been returned back to Nepal. Bangladesh was since eternity part of India until it became the part of pakistan and separated itself in 1970's. Govt of Nepal doesn't want any tussle with India so it is not asking its land back. It is neither supporting the Gorkhaland move or similar. India on the other hand allowed the terrorists from Nepal i.e. Maoists previously and other Terai outfits now for waging a war in Nepal.
